Terms & Conditions

RENTAL PERIOD

WEDDING PARTY FLOWERS, CENTREPIECES AND AISLE FLOWERS

All faux floral rental items are rented for a single-day event.

Clients may choose:

  • Self Pick-Up, or

  • Delivery (additional fee applies; pricing varies based on location

For self pick-up orders:

  • Pick-up time: 9:00 AM on the event date

  • Return time: By 11:00 AM the following day

  • Location: Our home studio in Richmond, BC

The client agrees to return all rental items within the agreed rental period.

 

Rental items must:

  1. Be used only for their intended purpose.

  2. Not exceed intended capacity.

  3. Not be exposed to open flames or rain.

  4. Be handled with care and not used negligently.

DECOR AND BACKDROP COLLECTION ITEMS

All décor items and backdrop rentals are for a single-day event and include strike-down before 10:00 PM.

  • Pick-ups between 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM are subject to a late-night fee starting at $250.

  • Pick-ups after midnight will be charged at a two-day rental rate.

  • Multi-day rentals are available at discounted pricing — please contact us for details.

 

Please note:
Backdrops require professional installation.
Self pick-up is not available for backdrop rentals.
Our team will handle delivery, setup, and takedown.

Renta Period

INSURANCE & DAMAGE POLICY

Insurance is included in the rental cost of each item and covers reasonable wear and tear, including:

  • Minor broken florals

  • Petal damage

  • Light staining

  • Natural product wear

 

Insurance does not cover:

  • Items damaged beyond repair

  • Lost or unreturned items

 

The renter is responsible for the full replacement value of severely damaged or unreturned items, estimated at 150% of the rental cost.

RETURN POLICY

All rental items and original packaging must be returned to Enchanted Atelier Florals and Decor at the designated return location stated in the rental agreement.

Late returns will incur:

  • $25 per day late fee

  • If not returned, a penalty charge of up to 250% of the total rental order may be applied to the credit card on file.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

A minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the event date is required for cancellations or order changes.

(You may want to clarify here if deposits are refundable or non-refundable.)
